Exclusive Innovative Design of Tile type
Overlapping Solar Sandwich, composed of high-efficiency low profile solar panels, top and bottom sheet of prepainted steel, core of rigid polyurethane foam (PUR) with flame retardant, self-extinguishing, 97% closed cells. Nominal thermal conductivity of 0.02 W/mK (the best thermal insulator on the market), nominal density of 40 kg/m³. Possibility of connecting them to LFP batteries or other non-flammable batteries, inverters and controllers to form a Solar Plant (Not included, sold separately), generating energy for the building's self-supply of electricity (Approx 100 W/m²). There are no exposed screws, with hermetic seal it is completely waterproof. It provides excellent thermoacoustic comfort, a high-quality aesthetic finish, a long useful life and the best cost/benefit ratio on the market.

SPECIFIC PROPERTIES.

  • Thermal conductivity: 0.02 W/mK Compared to aluminum (1509) or galvanized steel (334) it is relatively low (thermal insulation).

  • Noise reduction: 26.5 dB in frequencies  preferred for octave bands (125, 250, 500, 1000, 2000 and 4000 Hz).

  • Minimum slope range 7% - Maximum 12%.

  • Anti-hail.

  • Cells 97% closed.

  • Polyurethane with retardant components

  • fire, self-extinguishing.

  • Fast product in its healing.

  • No screws left exposed to weather

  • avoiding possible leaks and stumbles when

  • walk on it.
