CUSTOM CONSTRUCTIVE PANELS (m²)

For the return of the products, the written authorization of RIJ must be obtained before the return of the same. After verification of the defect, RIJ reserves the right to repair, replace or issue credit for consideration, only for the defective Product concept. RIJ will have the right before the return, to inspect in the warehouse of the Client any Product affirmed that it is defective or non-compliant. The risk of damage or loss to any Product returned to RIJ for the adjustment will remain with the Client until they are received by RIJ. The shipping costs of the returned Products will be assumed by RIJ only for Products repaired or replaced under the Guarantee within the national territory, otherwise, this charge will be borne by the Customer. Claims due to lack of materials, billing errors or non-receipt of transportation must be made in writing within three (3) business days following the receipt of the Sales Invoice.

The offer documents do not implicitly include the shipping prices, the Customer is responsible for removing the products from the RIJ facilities, except if in the face of the document the transport of the goods was agreed, in which case the packing and shipping method of the Products shall be at the discretion of RIJ, unless otherwise agreed by the parties. Under no circumstances may the Client require RIJ to dispatch Products or execute Services during the rest periods established by law and in relation to the internal work regulations of RIJ.
